I had a problem with my remap interface last week as the dealer had updated the ECU SW while the car was in for some warranty work & the HPF / servo recall, meaning that I couldn't reload my remap.
I emailed Pete (forgetting that he was on holiday) & got an out of office reply. Shortly after that got an email from Pete saying that he could sort the problem out & build a new map for me even though he was on holiday. I mentioned that it could wait until he was back from holiday, but he said to send him the file anyway. I got the updated map back from him the next morning, loadeded it & everything is back to 'normal' i.e. remapped. 
So a big thanks to Pete for excellent service, especially as he was on holiday at the time.  D3 has arrived
