I had terrible trouble with DFS a few years ago ...waited 18 weeks after being told 8 weeks rang up to complain and the sales director said like it or lump it ....so I told him to press the big red button and off 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

Well i had no problems when I bought my 2 sofas from DFS 10 years ago for my first flat and infact its still going strong.
When I bought new ones I gave the sofas to my mate as he had just returned from 2 years travelling round the world. He was buying a new flat and that was nearly 2 years ago and they still look fine, no craking, tears or any discolouring so I can't really complain about the DFS sofa's that I had. If in doubt............flat out.

ad15/Neil....I've chilled out now
No offence was intended to either of you, but I got out of a heated meeting, looked in the forum for divine technical inspiration to see what I could learn and the first 10 posts of the new posts page were all off-topic with your names all over the place.
It reminded me of the time I was off sick and forced to watch day-time telly for two whole weeks... Daytime telly is fine now and again, but it gets tedious if it's the only thing on every time you switch on the TV...
....I'm digging myself in deeper now
Anyway...sorry for the outburst lads (and good luck with the sofa) 2006 Discovery 3 TDV6 SE Auto Buckingham Blue

Have had my Natuzzi ivory leather suite for around 5 years now.
Quality is excellent and still looking as good as new.

We got our sofa's from Sofa workshop and they are brilliant, although stupidly expensive, but we've had them for about 10 years now and they are as good as new. We got two sets of covers for them so we could change colour when we fancied. Rather oddly though we went for blue (fine) and a burnt orange colour (what were we thinking) still we dyed them brown a while back and all is good.
I think Sofa workshop have gone bust now though? D3 HSE MY05 Auto

Ad15....go down to your local dairy farm and you can choose a 'make your own, sofa in black and white
Why wait another 8 months.
And to put this back on D3 topic.......can you get the natwhatsit in the back of the D3
And don't mention sofas to SWMBO cos I promised we'd chnage them if they didnt match the carpet colour
