Just thought i would share my experience today at pilling, contacted jim on here and told him about issue with my sticky steering wheel, he told me to pop in and they would have a look.
I poped in last week and they booked me in for today.....heres what happened.
Was met and welcomed as soon as i steped through the door, car was taken away and dealt with, while waiting had some great conversation with jim and fellow colegues while drinking coffee, car came back as new.
overall the best dealers i have ever had to do buisness with fast reliable and a great bunch of enthusiast, so from me ,THANKYOU Jim.
see you when service is due
cheers Dave.

Have to say so far I agree been drip feeding them with some bits and pieces, EPB for one...returned and still no squeek, squeal or locking on. Full lock grating noise also cured...and yesterday three new number plates very very good price.
Long may it continue....

Some one else mentioned Pilling a few weeks back and I said then that i had had a bad experience with them, long story. Any way Jim and I were emailing each other for a bit and I decieded to give them another chance. Could have been better really, like you said I was given a warm welcome and a Citoen C4 as a loaner. Dissapointed that wasnt a LR of some type but its always nice to drive somthing different. I got a call mid afternoon to advise me that i needed brake pads and the car was ready before 4.30 pm so I have no reason to complain anymore. No reason now why i wouldnt go back.

Glad we could help guys, at the end of the day we wouldn't be here if it wasn't for customers - unfortunately we have made errors in the past that myself and my colleagues are eager to shake off.
Appreciate the praise and hope we continue to get it right!
Let me know if you need anything in the future as I shall organise your visit. (Should I be off, mention DISCO3.CO.UK and forum discount will be applied...) ...or alternatively get your Genuine bits here!

I managed to get a life support machine "locked" into the rear seatbelt* - have to say. Top service, took the interior to bits to get it out and unlock the belt without cutting it (my solution )
Top guys, just not really near enough for me to use regularly
