Which leather interior do you think looks best of these 3?
Despite my sons' efforts to grow bread sticks, cheese, yogurt and chocolate chip cookies down the back seat of the Disco and under his baby seat, all we seem to have managed to develop are types of fungus hitherto unclassified by science, and many stains, with admittedly interesting shapes (one like a map of Africa though that may not be his fault), on my cloth interior.
In the interests of health and safety and to prevent an outbreak of legionnaires disease in rows 2 and 3 of our vehicle, we're going to take the plunge and get a leather interior fitted.
Thanks to the advice and help of another forum member, I've found my supplier. However, it seems that I have many (very many) options. I think I've narrowed it to three.
I would like views on what people think works, but more importantly any foreseeable draw backs in my favoured choice.
So, the choices are:
1. Standard OEM leather; no piping, nothing fancy, as seen here (noting that the colour I want is Alpaca, so a little lighter than this):
2. Again, alpaca, but with a more fancy seat and back arrangement, as seen here:

3. Same colour, but with black piping along with the fancy seat and back as shown here:
I'm pretty sold on the piping and fancy seats (photo 3), but your views would be most welcomed.

Photo3 without hesitation The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom

i would think the 'ruffled' effect will be harder to clean, if your kids make a mess then plain old black leather should be best!!2020 BMW X1 18d XDrive X-Line Auto

I've had Alpacca with both my cars and have 2 kids and 5 dogs. It is a lot harder wearing than people think. Without doubt the last picture is best DS3 TDV6 HSE - Silver with Alpaca (old one) Gone
