We come from the Land Down Under....
Melbourne rated as the third most liveable city, again. It seems we are always in the top ten.
Half of the top 10 cities come from lands Down Under. Sydney was seventh, Perth and Adelaide equal eighth and Auckland 10th.

they are actually in the bottom 10. but because you are upside down they appear to be in the top Ten
