Injector + Cylinder question / opinion please

On my engine problems I just received word from the stealer.
One injector is dirty and needs replacement. They also advise to change all injectors because of the engine mileage. The car has run 96K miles.
Does it makes sense to change all injectors?

They also measured the compression in the cylinder. Normally its around 15/16Bar for new engines with a 10% allowance. The cylinder with the faulty injector has 13Bar pressure. They have an endoscope but its 9mm whilst the injector hole is 6mm, so they can't look inside the cylinder without taking the engine apart.
They think it shouldn't be a problem for the engine if one cylinders runs on 13bar.
Any other thoughts?

I work as an Independant LR repairer and as per the Land Rover Service shchedule, I do not recall seeing a mileage based requirement to change, service or test injectors on TDV6 OR 4.4v8 ENGINES. I am however quietly confident that these injectors are VERY expensive so will make someone a nice profit if all need changing.

The ECM system in conjunction with a spill test is sophisticated enough to provide good dynamic data on injector performance to isolate a defective injector, i'd personally change the one outside of compression range as this generally indicates cylinder' wash' from a failing injector, potentially the next stage is that the injector turns into a plasma cutter on the crown of the piston...

Thanks Chris and TFC.
You confirmed my thoughts. Before I change anything I have all injectors ultrasonis cleaned and then tested.
Costs about 35 each. A new injector is about 190.
