about 3 weeks ago i purchased an 06 HSE shortly after i brought it home i had noticed a couple of occasions i came out and my alarm had tripped and one time i was getting ready to back out of parking space i got a notice that my hood was open. Thanks to this forum i figured it was a hood switch that was going bad.
So with warranty still left on the car I took it in for this and while i was at it I told the service adviser that I notice a clunking sound/feel when I would go out of driveways. He noted it and off i went in my Ford Flex loaner car.
The next day I was told my car was ready as they had replaced my hood switch as well as replaced my lower bushings! I was stoked to hear that, never thought they would do it.
