Whats the best indication of when a service is due? The mileage is 5K short but the service warning is saying 14 days left. The car has been really well driven so I am not sure why it has come on so quick..The last service was 12K in March 2009 and now it has done 23K...Thanks

normally it is 15K or 12 months....the fact the day thing has come would suggest to me that it thinks it is a year since it was last reset? end of an era ....... maybe a Defender when it appears.......

Think mine came on quite early - it's just a reminder so you can get it booked in. As long as you stick to the 15K miles / 12 months then you've met the warranty requirement.
