On my way into Yeovil this morning, I saw a D3 with a registration beginning KV03. Does this indicate there were test mules in 2003 or is it a 'cherished registration' from 2003 on a newer car? Time flies like an arrow; fruit flies like a banana

I doubt you'd get a test mule! Discovery 3 tdv6 7 seat Buckingham Blue
