Hi
i have a radio i bought 6 cd - was to replace a US spec one that turned out just needed to be changed in software to EU spec - so surpless to requirements now
i have just checked it to make sure it works
i noticed that 2 of the buttons seem to need attention but not had time to investigate yet
Is your radio broken?
I paid 150 pounds for it - so feel free to make me an offer
regards
Ian

Hi
thanks for the message. So is it a EU/UK spec radio or US ?? You mentioned that two buttons aren't working, do you mean the actual button needs replacing, or that they are not functioning ??? I am a novice at all this so apologies if i am asking the wrong questions.
Yes, my radio is doing some strange things, basically it is stuck and won't respond to anything, including the steering wheel commands.
I took it to the dealer, they tried a software update and it rejected it, they have also done a hardware reset, no joy. They said they had nothing else to try and needed to swap it out.
Thanks for your help.
