D3 to D4 interior rubber mats? |
|
My D4 should be ready for collection the end of this month, according to the dealer its built, they are now awaiting delivery dates, but he will get back to me with these today, ive got the dealer to throw in a set of rubber mats, but i still have my D3 mats which are as new, will they fit the D4 or is it a different shape?

I have 2005 vintage D3 mats in mine......the front ones are modified to accomodate the new pegs on which the last version hang (in the front) so that the carpet mats can be slipped over the top of the rubber ones. I much prefer the screw-in anchors for the old style mats - which avoids them slipping around. Why not get the dealer to give you something else, like a rear load space protector, and reuse your D3 mats?

Winger, have your rubber mats started rubbing through the carpet on the trans tunnel edges drivers side mainley in your car ?
Ive had to cut the edges of my new mats as they were almost sharp.
