I believe they are one of the few independant dealers.

what like are they to deal with/ aftersales etc, Its a wee drive from here but I've now discounted shields & taggarts due to total lack of pre sales interest and post sales bad experiences.

I'd be keen to hear of your experiences 2007 HSE Java Black.....sold

yeh Morrison's are alright. Never bought a motor from them but thay have in the past serviced our Discoveries Defenders and FFRR. Always been well enough looked after.

But it is always the same you don't really know how good /bad a dealers is until you have a problem with the motor.

I know a couple of the guys from the RRS forum use them ('Tim in Scotland' & 'Scottish Scrutineer') and they appear to be happy with the results.

I have been dealing with this garage for the past 15 years and bought my disco 3 and td5 from them. I have always had excellent service both sales and aftersales.

For sales speak to Chris Nairn
and
John Macdonald for after sales

both are very helpful.

I'm on my 5th Land Rover from them out of 6 Land Rovers owned - my first one was bought from Gaulds of Glasgow who sold out to Arnolfd Clark not long afterwards and then lost the LR Franchise... I have always had great service from Morrison's both sales and servicing. Now a disillusioned new Land Rover buyer and have jumped ship to something less expensive and more reliable that hugs trees.... now driving a Mini Countryman PHEV as well as my trusty and brilliant 1996 Epsom Green Defender90 Tdi300

After worse than expected treatment, I ordered from Lakeland...don't mind the 150 mile run to get the service I expect when spending 45K£

so I guess central belt/glasgow dealers reckon they have a cartel and can afford to pass up a sale ?? 2007 HSE Java Black.....sold
