Is it too much to ask?
Stratstones in Slough - turned up for a test drive with the wrong model, spent over a week trying to see the right model and then no-one available to discuss doing a deal.
Stratstones in Aylesbury - bunch of w  s, still trying to sort out problems from delivery 4 months ago!  Can't be bothered to answer phones or emails - did get a response today when I complained to someone from Pendragon PLC (Stratstones owners) 
Lancaster in Reading - after recommendations from here went there last Saturday to discuss p/x of my Polo for a FL2 - wish I hadn't bothered. a) too interested in looking at his computer to get up off his backside to talk to any of the 12 people milling around waiting to be seen, and b) lost whatever interest he did have when I said I couldn't afford £300 a month!
Someone suggest somewhere that cares about their customers.
