Had the Disco 3 in with my dealer for some warranty work.. picked it up on Tuesday evening and drove it home.. sat on the drive for 24 hours then decided to take it work yesterday and low and behold I noticed what I thought was a random scratch..
Decided to have a check around the rest of the car and  every single door panel has been scratch damaged some of the scratches down through the lacquer, I am disgusted. Had a chat with a local bodywork guy I know and he thinks possibly 1 of the doors could need re-sprayed.
Spoke to the dealer yesterday and it took them 24 hours to find out if they had washed the car which they clearly had... Service Manager got quite aggressive on the phone and blamed me...  turns out they had put my car through an automated swirlomatic which washes the cars using bristles which go horizontally and because some of the scratches on mine are vertical it couldn't have possibly been them 
I have been more or less told to off
Sorry for the long post... just need to vent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it comes to something when you need to photograph your car, date and time stamped, before and after a dealer visit so that you can "prove" whats changed.
I havnt done this on the outside, but have photographed the speedo with fuel gauge position and mileometer reading, as I'm sure my car had been "on the butty run" the time before last that it was in.

I got so fecked off with stealer I used to go to I decided to switch to TFC services full on.... feck em usless stealers
