Tailgate cable snapped

I just posted elsewhere to say I'm getting my new D4 next week, so need to get this sorted before I bring it in to trade.

The cable that suspends the tailgate flap snapped this morning, and the other seems to have gone AWOL, so my tailgate is falling down to rest on the bumper.

Can I buy this as a spare part somewhere? Can anyone help me with what I might call these things?
