Just wanted to say a very big thanks to bigdave, for a stellar job done with a shipment of mine, UK to Greece. 
Despite involving three separate collection points, product inspection, grouping, packaging, palletting, wrapping and eventually dispatching, the whole shipment went as smooth as a baby's bottom! 
Most importantly, all done with what sounded and read like a smile on his face, looking out to get the best deal he could for me (which was very very reasonable in the end), updating on progress and generally keeping things tidy and myself well up to date. 
Top job Dave, many thanks indeed! Items arrived safely today to me and even your Athens agent was very courteous and polite too! (which I've discovered is a rarity in Greece).
I guess its exactly what the man says: "if we can't shift it, can't be shifted"

Thanks for that - the job was a pleasure, nice to get stuck into a real logistics job for a change.
However I will have a word with our Greek agent cant have them cheerful and helpful!!!
