Have to say, another good experience from this dealer yesterday:
Had the old EPB screaming problem (that has been so widely reported on this site) and some knocking/clicking transmitting through the steering wheel. Within a couple of hours of me dropping it off they called to tell me what the problem was there (part of the steering shaft needed replacing) and by 2pm they called to let me know it was all done and would be washed and ready to collect by 3pm.
Both jobs done under warranty.
Excellent customer and technical service from this dealership once again. Keep-up the good work, lads!

Like to second that recommendation for Lancaster Reading... I had my cracked sunroof tracks replaced last week. All under warranty and three months after the warranty had expired! (reported when there was still 1 month to go). Good service and nice smelling clean car by 4pm. 2005 D3 HSE

Not been impressed on my only visit - service desk were particularly unhelpful and wouldn't even come out to look at my wrinkly seat covers as "they'd never heard of the problem". Never been back!

My D3 returned today - fixed in 2 hours + MOT by Lancaster Reading (after 2 days at Stratstone Wooburn Green trying to fix the same problem).
Nothing but praise for the Lancaster team - the chaps on the Service desk aren't the most smiling, but they know their stuff and every time I've been there, the car is always perfectly fixed and they've listened and done everything that I've asked.
Even if they don't have a hire car available - if you're there at 8am, they'll give you a lift to Reading Station or local area.
