Do D4 non-adaptive bi-xenons have cornering lamps?

My D4 with non-adaptive bi-xenons don't have globes/sockets/wiring for the cornering lamps but the Oz spec sheet says it should. Some magazines report that they do but perhaps the authors are either getting confused with the adaptive lights or are reading sales material that's incorrect.

Does anyone have non-adaptive bi-xenons that are fitted with cornering lamps?

Sounds like a cock-up to me.

Cornering lamps should only be fitted to the adaptive units.

I have non-adaptive xenons but no cornering lamps.
