I asked my dealer to remove my side steps from the D3 and refit to the D4.
They apparently in the process, will have to replace some plastic sill parts on the p/x'd D3 which got cut away to fit the steps to bring it back up to spec?
After removing, they will give them to me so that I can repaint the undersides as they have started to flake then I will pass back to them for the D4 fitting.
For this messing about and supplying and fitting twin electrics they are charging £468.

Why not fit them yourself, it takes an hour at the most and I am sure someone on here with have the instructions. In addition,Current:

Might think about that.
It looks as though part of the plastic sill is cut away so would need to be replaced.
