10forCash - TFC is the Man except one issue
Well today TFC came down to the coast to sprinkle his majic on the trusty D3, a "B" Service and inspection for its MOT next weekend. Top service, ran through some issues that are up and coming which aint such a big thing TBH....
Iain, you are the MAN
Then it went a tad pear shaped did'nt it Iain
The plan was a Webasto Keyfob modification, so that I can use the FBH at a press of a button, and what did I get
A nice NEW HEATED steering wheel even though the voice recognition button was missing it still works grand..........................we had a comunication issue did'nt we Iain
Still love my/YOUR choice though, your sales techniques are outstanding............So see you in a couple of weeks for the GSM FBH mod, this time I've changed my mind.
Thank You Iain, you're a STAR.
And
Thank You to Simon (SGH) for the copious coffee and nice bacon n egg rolls
Jason

What an elaborate way to justify the heated wheel to SWMBO!
I can picture the scene chez MacLeod.
"Oh, I didn't ask for it my Dear. Iain put it on by mistake, and it would be rude not to pay for it. Anyway, he looks a bit scary and I didn't like to ask him to take it off again."
Oh, really!
cheers

Actually Rob, the situation was an email in early Feb to Iain on the cost of the Heated Wheel mod, when the price came back it was , so I asked how much the FBH timer was and went for that.....
Whilst tucking into a Bacon Roll Iain was removing the air bag, and it became apparent he forgot the FBH and bought the wheel
Love at 1st sight, even though TLO supplied the wrong switchgear, and the voice command button was missing...All arranged for the 17th to get my GSM FBH fitted, and the switches refitted
I FEEL PRESSGANGED

Sounds like he was fulfilling a need you hadn't had yet!!! If my car wasn't stuck in the stealer i'd be out there caressing the wheel now!! When it's a little nippy the wheel is bootiful. The FBH will pack up anyway, it's what they do!
