Newbie with EPB Problems

Hi All

Just got an 06 D3 Manual and two days after picking it up the orange EPB light on dash came on. Took it down to local service centre and was told that the problem was a non landrover bulb had been used?? Everything is working ok now. I've searched the forum but cant find a ref, is it possible that a non genuine bulb was causing a problem?

Apart from that problem its an awesome truck! Thumbs Up

Bulbs can be known to cause silly errors, which is quite bizarre really. However, there have been reports by some members where Halfords std bulbs have caused errors or have blown early, but LR supplied ones have been fine. I assume the LR supplied ones are slightly better quality or spec.

Software updates/enabling
