Extended maintenance plan - Motorite or Innovations?

I received quotes for an extended maintenance plan for my "new" D3.

I know some of you guys have Motorite plans. LR Centurion also offer Innovations. Innovations is slightly cheaper than the Motorite plan and covers more kms. Has anyone taken out the Innovations maintenance plan?
