Planning way ahead well after The World Cup...
I am arriving with SWMBO + 11 year old daughter at Johannesburg International Airport late evening and need a reasonable quality, reasonably priced hotel near to the airport. I don't think we will be eating just crashing out for the night before driving to Mpumalanga.
Recommendations of suitable hotels would be most welcome.
I haven't yet committed to a hire car either - not a Disco I fear, probably a VW Golf - again recommendations welcome.
NJSS Am I Gammon or Woke ? - I neither know nor care.

Off the top of my head there are 6 hotels with in 5 min drive and
then a few of the cheaper F1 types no more than 15min. I'll get
some names for you and e-mails go with them. Car rentals can
be had at the airport, subject to budget  If you do get
stuck I'm just 5 min away  D3 bullbar-spots-roof rack with spots-ladder-long range tank-swing out spare wheel carrier- upgraded tow bar-dash console-internal water tank-duel awnings-drawer system & T T.
