You ll probably break one of the clips off the vent when you're removing it, that's normal Whistle

First take off the side air vent. To do this try inserting a plastic spatula underneath(the two clips are underneath) whilst pulling out and up at same time. I did break one of the retaining pegs. Next mask the wing round the vent were the RAI will sit. this is to prevent scratching from metal part of RAI and also to mark holes for riv nuts. Offer up the RAI get another pair of hands and sit it on Disco and slot the metal gaskit into the side vent. When its sitting pretty push pen through both holes to mark were your going to drill the wing. The drill size is 9mm. To get A pillar trim off i started at the bottom. Open bonnet and get long flat screw driver. Wrap cloth round screw driver to stop it scratching A pillar and work it upwards under trim whils pulling up and out at same time. I did mine on a hot day and none of the clips broke except the top retaining peg. The top peg needs to be cut anyway because thats were you drill the 3rd hole for the riv nut.Again this is 9mm. The trim needs to be drilled as wellThe instructions sate 14mm but i did mine at 11 It's a good idea to order some spare clips before you start (part noEYC500090) These have small thin rubber washers behind to stop A pillar leaking into car. Good luck and just keep alligning RAI before you drill to make sure. Also don't even attempt it with out Rivnut tool. Cheap ones can be had on the bay for a tenner. EDIT i siliconed all round the gaskit and wing to make it as water tight as posible EDIT 2 = sh Censored t spelling and drill size's
