Excessive brake pad dust

Hi all
I've tried a search but no joy.

I washed my wheels this morning and they already need doing again grrrrrrrrr
Its not the biggest problem I know but theres already a covering of brake dust on the wheels and they would benefit from a clean again. I've done 11 miles at most on dual cabbageways
Its a boring job cleaning them - is this dust excessive?
Is it me?

love Kev

I have found the solution is not to let the wife drive it, she seems to create 50% more dust then when I use it... Whistle

Is it your fronts more which have loads of dust?

Only thing is that i have that trouble too and am having an ongoing trouble with doing the vacuum recall job as the front are binding on all the time.

Just wondered if you have had the recall done, i hope doing it to my vehicle would solve it and improve MPG. Laughing
