Retrofit D3 Cool Box into D4

I tried to retrofit the cool box from my D3 into my new D4 on the weekend and couldn't get it to work. The cool box fitted in fine and the cables connected etc as well. the power is passing through the switch but the blue light wont turn on and the fridge doesn't get cold.

Does anyone know if the electronics are different between the cool box for D3 and D4?

When I took out the Cool box from the D3 it was working fine so I have no reason to believe that it would have stopped working while it was in a cupboard waiting for the D4.

I know nothing about this stuff, but I have been known to blow fuses.

Have you checked, you might have blown one while wiring it in??

I thought that at first but fuse is OK and power is passing through connector into the switch. The switch is also working and supplying power to the circuit board but that's where the limit of my skills have ended.

Voltage measured at switch was 12.9volts with engine running so assumed there's plenty of power getting to it.
