OE Satnav install
Hi been inspired to fit OE satnav into my s model,I'm in no rush so will do it over the next couple of months,i know this is old news, but i have some questions that i cant find the answers too.So in the pics below is a loom that i took from a scrap SE d3 that only had satnav and no phone that's all that was available at the time, all i have at the moment is the looms and DVD bracket. No screen,No TMC module,No dvd,and No TMC amp.
My questions are.
1,Are the screens different in different models ie in operation if so which is the best to have?
2,I would like to fit the phone at the same time,So can i add the phone wiring loom to the satnav loom i have, because the two scrap cars i had,one only had satnav and the other only had phone if that makes sense and i had run out of time to check the differences, or do i need a loom that had both sat&phone due to the most cable being different?I do have a parret 3100 i could use but would rather go the OE route.
3,If i can overlay the phone loom to my satnav loom what other bits would i need apart from steering wheel controls, roof fin, bluetooth module,i will probably use a rrs fin as i think it has both phone and gps please put me right if im wrong
4,Anything you can think of that i should know that might cause me a problem.
5,Can you all please keep an eye out for any of the parts i need
I'm sure i will think of alot more things to ask later, i couldn't sleep properly last night it was all going through my head where this goes, what i need, will that work, its driving me mad and i've not even started yet .
Any info good or bad will be much appreciated Wanted D4s non runners pm for competitive price.

The OE screen is standard in all models it is fitted to
The only diference is some don't have the 4x4 info screen enabled (all HSE ones have) but it can be done using Faultmate or the LR IDS system
I would also suggest you pm 'Wiggs' he is a real guru on D3 electricery, he is bound to know about the loom requirements Never get mad - get even !!
