my D4 project
Guys, I have finally uploaded some photos of my D4 into my GALLERY . I ended up going with a Traxide dual battery system - but using a thumper in the rear (located within the ORS drawer system when fitted / or up against cargo barrier when ORS is not fitted). I also added extra LED lighting which I found very handy in my D3.
ARB air compressor under the bonnet;
Uniden UHF which I remove when not needed (plug in hidden down by drivers left knee).
Under body protection at front (LR / Mantec); GOE compressor guard;
Here are some photos:
Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated MY2010 D4 HSE 3.0, e-diff, 19inch MTR's; LLAMS Height adjustor, LR f & r light guards, LR side steps, LR bright finish side door mouldings; LR/Mantec G4 front bash plate, LR G4 Winch kit, Warn 9500lb Winch; GOE compressor guard, Uniden UHF, LR bright finish roof rails, LR G4 driving light kit, LR G4 ladder, 4 x extra rear compartment 12V sockets, Traxide dual battery system and Optima Yellowtop battery, ORS drawer system / fridge slide, LED rear compartment lighting.

Drawer system out of NSW - ORS - Off Road Systems; Around $2750 with Fridge slide, removeable table (rhs) etc etc. tied down to existing tie down points; I confess LLAMS isnt fitted yet - arrived Friday - so will let you know where switch is in a week or two!

ORS did my draw sytem too. It was the first one they had done for a D3. I see the design has not changed.
They are easy to remove if you want to carry other gear. The only problem is that if you have a flat you have to take one set out to get the rear seat up and thats why I went with the 4x4Intelligence rear wheel carrier.
Nice looking D4 Take the road less traveled. Dual battery system.ORS drawers,LR cargo Barrier.ARB Bull bar,side protection bars,Mickey Thompson ATR's 17" rims, Rear wheel carrier, radiator guard TPMS Mitchell Bros Tow Hitch LR RAI Steel Rims , GME UHF, Off Road GPS, Llams (yet to be fitted)

Hi Wayne,
Did you fit your RWC yourself? If not, who did you get to fit it for you?
Best Wishes,

Yes, I had Opp Lock fit the rear wheel carrier on my old D3 - but had a 115litre fuel tank too so no choice; certainly with drawer system in I'd want spare on roof; ultimatley would love the LR tank and RWC again on d4 - but I think I have spent enough on the D4 for the moment!!MY2010 D4 HSE 3.0, e-diff, 19inch MTR's; LLAMS Height adjustor, LR f & r light guards, LR side steps, LR bright finish side door mouldings; LR/Mantec G4 front bash plate, LR G4 Winch kit, Warn 9500lb Winch; GOE compressor guard, Uniden UHF, LR bright finish roof rails, LR G4 driving light kit, LR G4 ladder, 4 x extra rear compartment 12V sockets, Traxide dual battery system and Optima Yellowtop battery, ORS drawer system / fridge slide, LED rear compartment lighting.

Hi Pete
I had Graeme Cooper at St Peters fit the RWC and they did a good job, cant remember what they charged but it was the first one they had done so would be quicker now as I know they have done a few.Take the road less traveled. Hi Wayne,
Thanks for your reply.
I probably would have gone with GC, failing advice to the contrary from you.
