Not being up to speed on D4's, but noticed quite a few round my way that have the black plastic eyebrow wheel arches as opposed to the painted ones post 2009.
I know one is a commercial, but can you specify this or is it model specific.
Chawton white with black arches look 8) and may be my next ride

Put the first scratches in mine in the Lakes at the end of August and starting to wish the "rubber" trim was standard on XS too... ('specially round the bumpers)

If those bare plastic arches get's scrathed, you have to replace them to get rid of the scrathes. Painted areas can be polished or buffed 8) White MY2011 SDV6 HSE
