Felt compelled to sing the praises of RT Williams, the insurance broker I use based in Brighton.
I have used them for a few years now and find their level of customer service excellent.
Frankly I got a bit fed up with call centres and internet quotes, so tried RT Williams and realised the quote was very competitive. Since then they have helped me on many occaisions, always dealing with the same person each time.
In this day and age I find the approach and good old fashioned service really refreshing.
If you are looking for insurance give them a go!

But it does also pay to use internet as i have been with same ins comp for years found to be excellent but noticed premiums going up each year.
Since my little problem with my door they now want extra £70 even though its not my fault.
So used net and found that my car can be insured for under £300 saving of £150 with getting same extras as before...
