After the new year i'm going to be looking to replace the D3 with a D4, and am in a quandry about colour, originally i wanted Stornoway but thats what i got at the moment and want a change, then i saw "Fivers" white D4 with black arches and alloys and love it, it looks awesome but want some feedback from any of you with white 3's or 4's as to if you regret the colour, i like cleaning my car but also am a farmer so can get dirty easily!
Also anyone in the know, is it easy to get black wheel arched for the D4, are they the same as the D3?
Pictures of clean or dirty white D4s would be appreciated, its the back that puts me off slightly, just a touch too much white, but sure it will grow on me, plus when your driving you dont see it!

There's a white D4 in my local dealer's showroom and it looks very nice. It's an HSE with darkened windows which goes well with the white. What it would look like with all the salt and muck on the road at this time of year I'm not too sure.2015 Discovery 4 HSE Corris with Blackpack

nowt wrong with white, love standing out from the crowd and when you're flying down lane three you'll be amazed how often the car in front moves aside

Personally I'd chose it. My kids however think white is too 'essex'... whatever that means.

white seems to be a very popular colour in europe, seen quite a few transporters heading down to southampton docks with new white FFRR,RRS & D4's.

must say I'm not too keen on white; however saying that it doesn't show dirt as well as a black car.
Only problem there; is once you clean a spot it gives the game away and you have to do the whole car Experience is a difficult teacher, because she gives the test first and then the lesson afterwards!!!!

I'm disappointed! Just been to see a White D4 in Wakefield, it looked amazing as we approached and even better when we started to get closer, but on much closer inspection was when the disappointment set in! The colour is awesome but...... The vehicle is only a year old and the marks which stood out would bug me, small stone chips on the front bumper, marks round the door handles from fingers/rings etc, small scuff on the wheel arch!
When the car is 4 or 5 years old what's it going to look like! I'm unconvinced about White now, will keep looking though! I think with stornoway or Nara bronze the marks would still be there but get swallowed by the colour!'16 Volvo XC90 R Design Bursting Blue (Vera)
