Just had this happen... Car wont raise to Normal Level. Offside front remains on bump stop regardless of anything I do. So rang the stealership, who advise new airbag to said area!!! As I use an independent to do my servicing etc.. is this something he can handle or does it require special tools and skills to complete this job properly.
Your answers might just save me a fortune, as they have in the past [/b] ONE LIFE - SO LIVE IT!!!

no particularly special tools to use really. LR would say you need IDS etc to decompress the air suspension. But you will almost certainly need to have the height re-calibrated when the work has been completed. Has your Indi got any D3 adjustment tools? or faultmate? Bodsys Brake Bible

Thanks Bodsy, Yeah, he seems to have most of the relevent equipment, I just wondered if it had to be anything specialised. Excuse the ignorance , but whats the IDS, is that essential..? ONE LIFE - SO LIVE IT!!!

I wouldn't spend any money until you'd got it on some decent diagnosing software. You can spend an arm and a leg chasing your tail with expensive parts and sometimes there can be cheap fixes.
One rotten one is a sticking relay - which causes the compressor to continue to run and burn out or blow the pipe unions. Very expensive consequences, cheap fix, and not one of the first things you'd check... 2020 SDV6 D5 HSE, Carpathian Grey +
