I like the idea of mountng them to the metal body of the car behind the lights and not on the light itself.
Not a big fan of drilling the body to screw them in though. Might even try a blob of silicon to hold the resistor in place???
It's no real rush since the lights work fine without them, its just the indicator warning light on the dash that flashes too fast but no big deal.

Yeh, I saw a guy who had used magnets which is a good idea, might look at that. I see you've went for 50w rating, I know they dont heat up as much, I take it they wont melt the silicone?? 2016 RR Sport Autobiography

I would have thought silicon would be fine once it had 'cured' and set.

Is this cable tie to the light unit?
I tried to find a picture of the resistor fitted to lights to see its best location but can't....any ideas?

Dont use silicon as the resistors get really hot ,mount them to the body! Steve
