Did you mean CK3100?
If so, my wife has a parrot kit and I find this site really helpful, not sure if you have seen it;
http://www.parrot.com/uk/support/onlinehel...3300ck3500
Info from that site,
The screen has no power to it, but my Bluetooth still works. What’s wrong?
This can be due to one of two problems:
* The screen is not plugged in properly.
* The screen is not good call customer support. d4 HSE in Corris Grey with Black options pack

Alive Tuning EGR blanking kit
Alive Tuning Re-map
Alive Atrics console
Samco intercooler hoses (from Alive Tuning)
Alive Tuning De-Cat pipe, lovely tone!

Hi
As per post try pushing the wire that comes out the bottom of the unit in sometimes the little white plug on the back of the unit come out
Also the units sometimes randamly need to be re-softwared and this also fixes the problem
try also finding the fuse on the fuse board that supplies the radio and the cigar lighter and pull it for at least 10 minutes then put back in again see if this reboots the unit
cheers
