Eventually picked up my new Fuji White Landmark last week. Dealer screwed up the finance so when I went to pick it up I couldn't actually drive it away......and then they wouldn't give me my part ex back!!! Left the dealer very cross and very late in a crappy Freelander!!
.....anyway......the car is great, I am still a bit undecided about the colour, my last 12 LRs have been black!
There seem to be a few differences to my 09 HSE (apart from spec). Firstly the engine in the new car seems smoother and quieter, the car car turns in better (this maybe something to do with the lower profile tyres on the 20inch rims) and the nav screen has a higher resolution than the old car.
The car worked out nearly £10K cheaper than my HSE, and the only things that I will have to add to get to the spec that I really want are Xenons and heated steering wheel.
Only fault is a really annoying rattle from the area of the dash on the passenger side that starts when you get above 40mph.

To be honest my car looks exactly like Ronp, I have even got the headlight protectors, if it wasn't for the reg. no.........

I have found when buying cars at other garages that the "Business Manager" is wheeled in towards the end of negotiations and then makes an attempt to sell me finance at a far dearer rate than I can get it on the High Street. Insulting really.....

Them white Landmarks are becoming sooooooooo common, especially with the light gaurds
