What fits in here?

What is intended to fit into this space?

It is the only empty space I can see in the engine bay - but looks a good warm spot for the winch control box - if I can wiggle it into place. A vaccine does not stop you catching a virus, or passing it on, or getting ill from it, really ill. It does reduce the likelyhood of you dying when really, really ill. Stay Alive - KEEP AWAY FROM PEOPLE.
