First Service ~ when is it due? |
|
Hi,
Reading the D4 service book, get the impression that the first service is due when the computer flags it up.
What about reaching 12 months old if not flagged before like previous models, couldn't find reference to this.
Checked with BMW for my wife's Mini and they said just bring in when the display says so. no need at 12 months birthday like the old days.
Same for our D4's? 2015 D4 HSE in Corris Grey
All below gone but still with happy memories
2010 D4 XS in Stornaway Grey
2006 D3 S in Zermatt Silver
2001 Td5 Oslo Blue

Every 12 months regardless of whether the 16000 miles between Services has been reached or not.
My computer told me the car had 3000 miles to go one week and the next the Service was due as the 12 months was up!
Our BMW's current and previous are different in that they go on the mileage covered only. Range Rover Evoque Dynamic Si4 Coupe Lux in Orkney Grey
