I don't know the first thing about tents, but I have to say I was astonished at how expensive these OzTent ones are! What the are they made of? Are they stitched with solid gold thread or something? As someone who has stood in Decathlon and gone "ooo, that's a big tent for a couple of hundred quid", I just don't get why these ones would be so expensive...2001 D2 GS (I must be mad!)

Agree that they are over priced. I've heard quite a few people saying they leak. The biggest negative I can see is that they are around 2m long when folded up.D3 HSE MY05 Auto

I am very happy with our RV2 and we are family of 3, what I saved buying RV2 in used condition in winter I used to buy side and front panels. Always good to watch fsale section after morocco trips etc. Never tested mine in heavy rain so can't say, the 2m bag is not an issue on top or inside a D3,far more versatile than a roof tent and better than LR tent, bring on summerA few mods... and keeping it all running...Faultmate MSV2

Used mine in Durler last weekend with at least one torrential downpour, it never leaked one drop. Only time mine gad leaked was after it had been up for 3 days in constant rain, there was a little through one of the corners. As with all things, if they suit what you do they are excellent, if the don't they are not. Pays yer money etc.
