Very interesting vehicle, but a rather sell-sell-sell description in parts by the seller
A couple of choice cuts:

The doors are Defender type for comfort

The standard military G90's are extremely noisy on road, so I upgraded to a full set of Cooper Discoverer STT's
The G90's must have been bloody bad for STTs to be considered an improvement
I wonder why it was painted in gold?
Joking aside, it's a pretty impressive bit of kit and I'd love it (if it were painted silver) 2006 Discovery 3 TDV6 SE AutoBuckingham Blue 2007 Golf GT DSG

I think he just might struggle to get that price!!!
At the end of the day it is really just an old military spec 110. Nothing really that special and the robustness is not really an issue unless you plan to do some serious overlanding!2020 BMW X1 18d XDrive X-Line Auto

In the words of lambsie it's a wolf, it's a wolf. So not a standard Defender at all hence the price.Club Pie n Pea

True enough but the point I'm making is does anyone other than the military actually need a 'Wolf'?
If I had £25k..............well enough said.2020 BMW X1 18d XDrive X-Line Auto
What's the mod. that looks like an AGA oven? Is that just a locker? Or does it keep your nice big fluffy towels warm during the journey?Time flies like an arrow; fruit flies like a banana

VERY long time since I've driven anything matt green, but I could have sworn that when I added the Wolf to my 600, they told me it had a TD5 engine. I thought the 300tdi was the "normal" 90/110 engine... I certainly had a lovely blue 90 with a 300tdi (unless the badge lied) for a while in the late 90s... Until they swapped it for an Astra estate.
If memory serves, the power, combined with the power steering, meant people were parking them on their sides instead of going around corners... Hence the "Wolf Conversion" - a run round the camp with the MTO. Fun days!

Talking of weird & wonderful 110s (which we weren't ) but saw one of these in Antwerp on Sunday, an Iveco Massif. A 110 made by the Italians, now that's quite a combo!!

Pics don't do it justice, in the flesh it's a 110 with a funny front end.

They made them in Spain - Iveco is part of Fiat group (which is Italian Del ), but they were all built over here until early this year when they shut the factory down
It's based upon the Santana Anibal which is just a stones through from a Series LR anyway as PSC says, so certainly not high-tech even compared to a modern Puma Defender, but then again they're not as expensive.

There's one down the road from me (fitted with BFG T/As from the factory ) and I quite like it .....certainly not a comfy/family car 4x4, but for the money they're pretty good 4x4s.2006 Discovery 3 TDV6 SE AutoBuckingham Blue 2007 Golf GT DSG
