Front Passenger Door Not Unlocking

When the unlock (either key fob or dash button) is pressed the lock-lever jumps slightly, but stays in. When it is locked there is a very metallic click, very different to the normal lock sound.

Only way to open the door is to hold the unlock dash button in whilst someone opens it using either the inside or outside handle. Mad

I had this passenger door failure and some sensors (I think) were replaced under warranty.

Its a broken latch, apparently. None in stock, though, so got to wait until at least Tuesday.



Still, its quite funny leaving SWMBO standing in the rain whilst I strap the kids in and get in myself!!! Laughing
