If you do consider buying just make sure you get it fully HPI checked just in case it's been stolen or cloned, my friend lost everything on a Mitsubishi L200. After 3 years of ownership the Poice turned up and said it was one of 6 cloned vehicles trhoughout the uk, no HPI = no payout

What miles and service history??? Not sure I would trust one for that price.

It could be a bargain though!!!

Have you looked on this site as there are several for sale at present, not sure they are as cheap, but probably better history, more honest, and history well know/documented Whistle Thumbs Up

Thanks guy's for your replys. I think i'm going to go and have a look at it and get a feel for what a D3 is like with that amount of miles on it.

I took a HSE 2005 with 60k on the clock yesterday and it felt lovely so I have a good base to start from.

Make sure you check the 105K service was done and all 3 belts changed. Thats not far off £1k if not done. Thumbs Up

With the talk of cam belt replacements and other parts that wear out over 100k miles I'd be tempted to chip in a little extra and go for something like this 41k mile V8 example.

(caveat, I do very low miles and LOVE the V8s)

I notice it's been for sale for a few weeks now so you could possibly buy it for £15k

The cam belt service is not just for 105k miles it's for 7 years too, whichever is sooner. So any early D3 is going to be due this service soon irrespective of mileage. (For the diesels anyway!)
