So i'v noticed a new issue today, the osf looked to be sitting a little lower, got the tale measure out and the osf is 1.5 cm lower than the nsf, the fears are both the same. I know it's not a lot but I can notice it, I had similar problems on a range rover and it was re calibrated by an Indy and it still didn't sit right. Anyone had this problem, could it be a height sensor or just need re calibrating. Anyone in the north east with diagnostic equipment cheers

you can adjust the setting using a faultmate or someone like Flack can write a new (calibrated) file from his D3

Could there be an underlying problem though or do you think it's just a case of re calibrating? Where's flack based?

There is a tolerance but can't remember what it is. Your best bet is to put the thing into tight tolerance mode (at a dealer, or using a faultmate or IID Tool or similar), drive round the block, then check the heights with the engine running. In tight tolerance, the tolerance is much lower (definitely less than 1.5cm) so if the heights are still out by 1.5cm then that means you need to calibrate it.
I also had the NSF out by around 1.5cm. Calibrating it in Tight Tolerance Mode fixed it. Dennis
