I have one and used it a few times, i think mine is a different make though,
Good points:- easy to use, holds quite a lot of gear, can be loaded at ground and lifted into place, easily removed and stored, looks better than a roof box- especially when at your destination and its stored in the car or in my case the caravan
Bad points:- even though it holds a lot its not as much as a roof box, you may have to weatherproof the canvas after a lot of use/time
This is only what i have found and is my opinion, others may have different opinions or findings  If it ain't broke... Take it apart anyway, how else you gonna find out how it works
