They do look like the genuine article even down to the bag.
But he makes no mention of being OEM.
If they are copies, [from the images] they look like good ones. ...... always on the road less travelled 🚧

I actually brought these, a decent copy, and look the part, i also offered less than the asking price.
Definitely not OEM
