My D4 is coming up to 2 years old in October and I am starting to get intrest from dealers in me changing for a new one, was not going to as I intended to keep for 3/4 years. Any one else had these sorts of calls following the car been in for work?
I have been offered £38.5 K for D4 HSE, surround cameras, tow bar, cubby fridge, heated steering wheel, side steps, screens in head rests and 15K miles on the clock. Just wondering what others have been offered and if this is the sort of price they are going for in px. MY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange

I assume that is against a new HSE at full retail price  , so rather than the part-X being offered we should highlight the cost-to-change as that reveals the true cost over 2 years.

Was thinking about trading in and getting new one. Currently though they appear to be like hens teeth. Have spoke to a number of dealers now and they all seem to have only been given 3/4/5 D4s for the next quarter! Apparently most are currently bring produced and sent to China UK is not getting much if a look in. Apparently there nay be more on offer last quarter of the year and some special limited editions which I may look at. Will let you know if it comedy up for sale though. All new LR4 now fitted with DPF, anybody had problems with this filter?

no probs with DPF in 5 months
was advised that too much town work could result in warning light
which could be rectified by a 'good run' Illegitimi Non Carborundum

Just ordered a 2012 MY HSE from my largish dealer in Surrey and they ONLY had THREE Disco4 slots for the quarter I got the last slot - Delivery Mid September. They wont have any more now til end November Delivery and it is due to colossal demiand abroad - LR/Tata talking about a new manufacturing facility in the Far East apparently for LR's only.
My Dealer wouldn't budge on new price much at all - I can see why. And also said even Disco 3s are holding up very well for seondhand forecourt prices. So I would get a few valuations Russel for your trade in first.
Got a crap value for my X3 only 3 years old even though my dealer has BMW dealers in its franchise. I shall try and sell privately. If it don't fit the third time - try a bigger hammer

DPF fitted, 2 yrs old, 28k miles, mostly urban and have had no warning lights or problems. And if anyone interested, you can have my D4 for £ 40k - cash!  D4 3.0 SDV6 GS 13

I've seen several D4's for £28k now where a month ago £30k was the lowest nationwide on autotrader.
They have got to start dropping in price soon as they come up to over 2 year old and the mileage increases.
I would expect further drops towards £23k - £25k for a GS until things firm up towards Nov/Dec. SOLD - 23my Range Rover Sport D300 Dynamic SE

Have been really working on SWMBO to let me change her 2006 D3 SE with 42k on it for a D4
Looked at cheapest XS at around £35-36K and then only offered £15k in P/Ex - a £20k exchange just aint worth it to get a lower spec than mine. Was willing to exchnage at £15k but not £20k
Will have to look at alternatives as want newer model to last us the next few years before we hit retirement and have to get cheaper motor  D4 HSE - Aintree Green
D4 Orkney my13 - gone
Stornaway D4. Gone, Didn't like it at all
D3 silver manual. Loved my first LR
