Loss of power

Went to pick up my new 06 discovery to be told by the garage that it had been on a test drive this morning after it's service and it was loosing power at about 70mph. Just wondering I anyone has had this happen to them?

Turns out it may be a turbo actuator or the turbo that needs replaced!
