Want for a run up round the Alpine loop at the weekend to see the 'fall' colours. It's nor that far from us, just past Sundance resort (Owned by Robert Redford). Reckon we may have been a week too late for the best view, but here are some pics.
Nice to have the LR3 back after a little trip to the bodyshop. My bad

Pretty good day out - looks like the first snow will start hitting next week. It begins!

Nice looking car, and set in a superb scenery where the Disco fits right in I'm jealous about the colors, they are non-existant over here this year due to heavy rains and fungus destroying the leaves.
Thanks all! The road is actually closed over winter - except for snowmobiles!
And that pic is at 8000ft plus - our house is at 6500ft, the highest place i've driven yet in Utah is on the Mirror Lake road - 10,000ft+! I'll be back there next year I reckon, so will post some pics.
When I arrived here I needed a car quick, so ended up buying a V6 Jeep - the weight and altitude combined to make it a sluggish beast...'80 109 Stage 1 V8 - still going strong!

Beautiful...
......that's what Scotland is supposedly like in the Autumn....but you can't see it because its either p g down with rain or there are too many midges to venture into the great outdoors "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...
