A local multi story car park has a 2m limit. I have my crossbars fitted so I always enter with the suspension locked in Access mode. Twice when driving up to the 3rd or 4th level I come off the ramp with the steering hard right when BANG! - as in a very loud noise from under the front of the Disco. Noticeable from inside but I think it was very loud outside from the look on the ladies face who was about 10 feet in front of me loading her baby into a buggy. She actually jumped 
I've checked under the car on both occasions and I've tried to replicate it outside the car park but nothing.
IT doesn't happen coming down through the car park which is also right handed.
Any ideas??? 1993 Defender 110 300tdi - many mods
