| Drivers window will not open |

Ar well here we go only had her a month and shes acting up allready 
as it says drivers window will not open have looked at the fuse looked OK but changed it for a new one anyway still no joy
And before any bright spark comes up with it  I have been pushing the right button 
Don't know if it should (or relavent to the problem) but the passeger door window operates with ign off and keys out
Any ideas before I go down the road of the so called warenty cus thay are bound to try and get out of it 
Oh its an 07 HSE oil burner
