It is their -30C screenwash that I'm after! A vaccine does not stop you catching a virus, or passing it on, or getting ill from it, really ill. It does reduce the likelyhood of you dying when really, really ill. Stay Alive - KEEP AWAY FROM PEOPLE.

I wouldn't think so, I have a 3 tonne trolley jack with the extra long reach fior that, these are more for caravans and low motorhomes I think

If you just want it to replace the one landrover supply then its a good replacment, obviously its not for general work on the D3 but for a wheel change out & about its ideal.

Will the bottle jack reach? |
|
Looking to get a small bottle jack for emergencies to replace the scissor crap jack. Can anyone advise whether the amazon cheapo one will raise to a sufficient height to allow it to lift a wheel if placed on the wishbone or somewhere close to the wheel? (Not looking to jack from the sills using a trolley jack).
Thanks. PAGODA

The genuine LR ones which came with older models are great as they have a curved saddle which stops it slipping and it is hydraulic two stage rather than single stage with a wind out second stage.
Got one in my garage, use it for loads of different tasks. Pulled out some fence posts with it last week
Just make sure you can test it before you buy it as obviously they are quite old now. Mine doesn't leak, but it's best to check while it's under load! 2014 D4 XS

This is the reason why I have bought one just for ease of use.

Thanks - I'm easily confused. My question was whether the Amazon one (link posted) was fit for purpose. I don't have a Lidl near me.
Make sense? PAGODA
